We never want to cost the team a basket. Control your emotions when calling a technical foul, it should just be another foul call in the game. Coaches coach, players play, referees referee, any deviation from that and you are subject to penalty. IT IS NOT PERSONAL! Non calling partners, never go to the coach to try and smooth things over. After your partner has a technical foul. This will lead to bad crew dynamics. Trust your partner more than ANY coach after a technical foul is called.
