The two referees with handle the scrum, the other referee will watch the benches. Don’t rely pm the monitor to be a crutch on this type of plays. Someone needs to know who left both benches, not just the bench the camera was on. On this play, we have a common foul on Black #13 for holding. Then we have double Dead Ball Contact technicals on Black #13 and Red #24. The technical fouls will offset, and we will play from the point of interruption which is the common foul.
